If you're looking to lose up to five kilograms in a week, you may be able to do so with the right diet and exercise strategies. While it's not recommended to try and lose weight too quickly, it is possible to reach your goal with a combination of a restrictive diet and increased physical activity. The key to successful weight loss is to keep your body in fat-burning mode by maintaining a calorie deficit. To lose 5 kg in five weeks, you'll need to create a deficit close to 1000 kcal.
For reference, an active 90 kg man can expect to burn about 3000 kcal per day. If you only have a few pounds left to lose until you reach your ideal weight, but that weight won't move no matter what you do, you're not alone. To control your fat-increasing hormones, follow a nutrition plan as strictly as possible and be sure to also follow steps 6 and 7.If your hormones aren't balanced, this can promote fat storage and this is a common problem when you're trying to lose the last few pounds. If you want to lose those last 5 kg stubbornly, you'll have to change what you've been doing.
I have helped more than 300,000 people lose more than 3 million kilos with my Home Fitness & Nutrition program, so I can tell you that staying between 2 and 5 kg of your target weight is a common problem.
